Jordan Spence concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits where he assists clients with employee benefit plans and programs, and advises on compliance with ERISA and statutes for qualified and non qualified retirement, health, disability, cafeteria and educational assistance plans. Jordan is also a member of our transaction team, and is involved in the employee benefits due diligence process for the firm’s merger & acquisition practice.
While in law school Jordan was an Articles Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Studies and clerked for Indiana Legal Services, Inc.
