James O’Connor’s negotiates executive employment agreements and litigates commercial disputes. In the NIL space, he has drafted NIL policies for universities and marketing enforcement agreements for student athletes. He has also been a registered civil mediator for more than 12 years and has extensive experience with negotiations of all kinds.
