Molitoris, Justin T.



Justin T. Molitoris concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and business law. He assists clients in business formation and organization, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, and business transitions. He works with businesses of all sizes including sole proprietors, family-owned businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Barrett McNagny, Justin worked for several years at a local law firm in the areas of business, corporate, and municipal law.

He is member of the Indiana and the Allen County Bar Associations and is the Treasurer for the St. Thomas More Society of Fort Wayne. Justin serves as an assistant coach for the varsity and junior varsity Canterbury High School boys basketball teams and was active in the Fort Wayne AAU basketball community. He is graduate of Greater Fort Wayne Inc.’s Leadership Fort Wayne program and previously served on the Allen County Parks and Recreation Board overseeing Fox Island and Matea County Parks.

In 2011, Justin earned his B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in English, with honors, from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University and he obtained his J.D., cum laude, at Indiana University - Maurer School of Law in 2014. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts and U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
