Justin T. Molitoris concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and business law, and data privacy and security. He works with clients of all sizes including sole proprietors, family owned businesses and Fortune 500 companies assisting with business formation and organization, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, and business transitions.
Justin is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (United States) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He advises businesses on the impact of privacy laws in their day-to-day operations, including providing privacy impact assessments and risk assessments regarding the use and potential misuse of personally identifiable information. He counsels businesses on technological developments, including assisting with cybersecurity issues, breach preparedness and response, and software licensing.
He is member of the Indiana and the Allen County Bar Associations, a member of the board of directors for the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, and the Treasurer for the St. Thomas More Society of Fort Wayne. For a number of years, Justin served as an assistant coach for the varsity and junior varsity Canterbury High School boys basketball teams and was active in the Fort Wayne AAU basketball community. He is graduate of Greater Fort Wayne Inc.’s Leadership Fort Wayne program and previously served on the Allen County Parks and Recreation Board overseeing Fox Island and Matea County Parks.
In 2011, Justin earned his B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in English, with honors, from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University and he obtained his J.D., cum laude, at Indiana University - Maurer School of Law in 2014. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana and Ohio state courts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
