Attorney Tess Anglin concentrates her practice in the area of business law and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Tess represents business clients with business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting and review. She also assists clients with updating and reviewing their website terms of use and privacy policies to be in compliance with state and federal statutes.
Tess works with businesses of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies by assisting with business formation and organization documents and corporate governance. She joined the business law team at the firm after spending a few years in the labor and employment area and she served as a Senior Law Clerk for the Worker’s Compensation Board of Indiana, a Law Clerk of the Indiana Attorney General, and an Investigative Intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) prior to joining firm.
Tess is a board member of Fort Wayne Sister Cities International. She graduated with honors from Franklin College with a B.A. in Journalism where Tess served as President of the Student Congress and was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honorary Society. Tess received her J.D. with honors from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where she was a member of the Editorial Board for the Indiana Law Review, President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honorary Society, and awarded the Indiana Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Scholarship, the Elba L. “Babe” Branigin Law Scholarship, and the inaugural Franklin College Law Scholarship.
Tess is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She is a member of the Allen County and Indiana State Bar Associations.
Tess is a Fort Wayne native and a graduate of Homestead High School.
