Hannah Alderks concentrates her practice in labor and employment law, providing strategic counsel to businesses on a wide range of workplace matters. She advises employers on issues including discrimination and harassment claims, employee discipline and termination, wage and hour compliance, and federal and state leave laws, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Prior to joining the firm, Hannah practiced employment law and commercial litigation at a northeast Indiana law firm, where she represented clients in a variety of complex business and employment-related matters. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Craig J. Bobay and the Honorable David J. Avery in the Civil Division of the Allen County Superior Court.
