Attorney

Aimee Korolev concentrates her practice in the area of immigration and employment law. Proficient in Spanish, she assists clients with immigration matters including naturalization, asylum, humanitarian-based visas, family- based petitions and deportation defense cases.
She also assists employers in managing immigration-related issues by advising on work authorization, employment eligibility verification, and compliance with federal and state laws. She assists in developing compliant hiring, firing, and record-keeping practices while minimizing risk during audits or investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as the Deputy Director for a nonprofit in south Texas that focused on providing legal education, representation and services for immigrant adults and children.
