Profile

Attorney Scott Campbell concentrates his practice in the area of business and corporate law. He works with clients on business formation and entity selection, corporate governance and compliance matters, contract review, and business mergers and acquisitions. Scott works with businesses of all sizes from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies. He also has experience representing clients before the IRS and handling low-income tax controversies.

He earned his B.A., Economics and Classics, magna cum laude, from Wabash College and received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. In Law School, Scott was part of the inaugural Notre Dame Law School Tax Clinic, a federally-funded Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) that represents clients in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and educates individuals about their rights and responsibilities as taxpayers. Scott was also an Editor on the Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy.

Before graduation from law school, Scott previously worked as a summer judicial clerk for Chief Judge Theresa Springmann, United States District Court, Northern District of Indiana, and as a summer associate at Barrett McNagny LLP. Scott is admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana State and Allen County Bar Association.

Scott is a Fort Wayne native and graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School. Scott is a member of the board of directors for the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana.
