Paul and Szaferski Present on Competency and Capacity for Estate Planning Decisions
Trisha Paul and Emily Szaferski will present at the Allen County Bar Association's Probate, Trust and Tax Section's Continuing Legal Education seminar about assessing a client's mental capacity and legal competency to make and execute estate planning decisions. The seminar will take place on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 beginning at Noon at the Allen County Bar Association.

With extensive experience in estate planning, Trisha J. Paul assists clients with wills and trusts, estate administration, inheritance, making charitable contributions to organizations or individuals, life insurance and disability, and distribution from retirement accounts. She is a member of the Estate Planning Council, the Planned Giving Council and the Allen County, Indiana State and American Bar Associations.
Emily S. Szaferski concentrates her practice in the area of domestic and family law, including dissolutions, adoptions, custody disputes, and guardianships. She is a member of the Allen County and Indiana State Bar Associations.
