Barrett McNagny LLP is pleased to announce that Michael C. Rosshas joined the firm. Mr. Ross will concentrate his practice in the area of litigation services, including handling insurance defense claims.
Prior to joining Barrett McNagny, Mr. Ross worked for a local Fort Wayne law firm in the area of litigation. From 2013-2014, he served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in St. Joseph County, where he handled bench and jury trials. While in the prosecuting attorney’s office, Mr. Ross served on the Drug, Alcohol, and Firearm Team and on the St. Joseph County Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT), a team that investigates crashes that are suspected to be caused by drugs or alcohol and result in a fatality or serious bodily injury.
Mr. Ross received his J.D., cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law where he was a Supervising Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from DePauw University where he was a member of the international Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Mr. Ross has been admitted to practice before the Indiana State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
