Golden Gavel Award

Barrett McNagny LLP is pleased to announce that Thomas M. Kimbrough was awarded the Westfield Insurance Company Golden Gavel by Steve St. Clair, Casualty Litigation Claims Specialist with Westfield Insurance. This is the second time Mr. Kimbrough has received this award.

The Westfield Insurance Golden Gavel award is a program that recognizes outside counsel for achievement on behalf of the company in insurance defense matters. Nominations for award winners are completed by Westfield claims professionals and submitted to its legal team for consideration.

Mr. Kimbrough, a partner, has more than 30 years of experience in handling litigation claims. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, in which membership is limited to the top one percent of the total lawyer population in any state, and he has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers® in America and the Indiana Super Lawyers publications. He is a member of the National Council on Litigation Management, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and a member of the Indiana State and the Allen County Bar Associations, where he sits on the Labor and Employment Law section committees for each bar.
