Philip A. Wagler was one of the presenters at the Allen County Bar Association’s continuing legal education course titled “Estate & Probate 101” in October 2018. The presentation covered the basics of estate planning with a review of necessary documents such as wills and trusts and a discussion on the administration of an estate and the probate process. The presenters discussed a wide variety of topics relating to estates and the transfer of assets as well as reviewing the importance of advanced directives.
Mr. Wagler focuses his practice on estate planning, probate matters, estate administration, and business succession planning. He is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and currently serves as Chairman of the Probate, Trust & Tax Section.
