Klutz, Zachary E.



Attorney Zachary Klutz focuses his practice on general business and corporate matters, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and business planning and structuring. With a secondary focus on municipal finance, he serves as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel, and underwriter’s counsel in taxable and tax-exempt bond and note issues for public and private issuers.

Zachary is actively involved in the community, where he is a Republican Commissioner to the Indiana Election Commission and vice president of the board of directors for the McMillen Center for Health Education. Zachary was a recipient of the “40 Under 40” award, presented by Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly. A member of the Allen County Bar, Indiana State Bar, and American Bar associations, Zachary is also a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association.

After receiving his B.A. in 2002 from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, he earned his J.D. from Indiana University in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Zachary served as executive director of Allen County Republican Party and has worked on various political campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels since 1998. He also served as a congressional aide to U.S. Representative Mark Souder.

He is admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
