James O’Connor has experience in representing businesses, insurer, and individuals through the legal system in matters involving contract disputes, insurance litigation, coverage analysis, examinations under oath, workers compensation, employment litigation, HR investigations, and probate and estate litigation. He is a registered civil mediator with extensive experience.

James received his B.A., Psychology, in 1997 from Emory University, Atlanta. He earned his J.D. in 2001 from Loyola University College of Law, New Orleans. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts, and the U.S. Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
