Barrett McNagny LLP is recruiting for two Legal Assistant positions in the areas of real estate law, and corporate & business law. Candidates should also have experience in state and federal filings; document drafting and editing; handling and dealing with client contacts; and general administrative work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years legal office experience and type 65 wpm; and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Candidates should have superior technical, proofreading, spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills and be able to multi-task to meet deadlines. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical to the position, and individuals should be capable of working under pressure.
