His representative matters include being buyer’s counsel in a $45 million asset purchase of all operating assets of a steel mini-mill, buyer’s counsel in $19 million purchase of all operating assets of a steel processing plant, and representation of management in a leveraged buyout of a plastics automotive and truck supplier.
