  • Admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Tax Court

REPRESENTATIVE CASES

  • Advised medical specialty groups and individual practitioners on a variety of business issues including the creation of large group practices, negotiations and contracting with managed care entities and insurers, joint ventures and hospital affiliations
  • Counseled physicians relating to health care reform issues and impact on practices, and handled several sales of medical practices to hospitals in local community
  • Developed HIPAA and Fraud/Abuse Compliance Program Manuals for health care providers and for health plans
  • Structured, organized and licensed ambulatory surgery centers and imaging centers in Northeast Indiana
