Thomas M. His practice is focused on estate planning and he consults with closely held business owners regarding choice of entity issues, valuation issues, business succession, and buy-sell agreements.
Thomas is a frequent speaker at institutes and charity-sponsored functions on issues related to estate planning, taxation, succession planning, and planned giving. He is a board certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer and a member of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Thomas is ranked as an AV® Preeminent™ attorney by Martindale-Hubbell based on their peer review ratings and has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers® in America in the area of trusts and estates for several years. Active in the community, he serves as a member of Planned Giving Council of Northeast Indiana and Leave-A-Legacy for Northeast Indiana. He is the chairman of the board of directors of the American Red Cross of Northeast Indiana.
He received his B.B.A, Finance, from the University of Notre Dame in 1970 and his J.D. from Northwestern University in 1973. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
