Renee Riecke consults with clients regarding wills and trusts, develops plans to transfer assets at death and during life to minimize death taxes, administers trusts and decedent’s estates, advises on techniques for making gifts to individuals and charities, and counsels on ownership of life insurance and distributions from retirement accounts and on Medicaid eligibility and planning. This includes representing business owners as well as married, re-married, and single individuals in planning and administering the transfer of assets at death and during life.
Professionally, Renee is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council. She is also a board member of Fort Wayne Sister Cities International and the Franciscan Center. She is ranked a BV® Distinguished™ attorney by Martindale-Hubbell based on their peer review ratings.
Renee received her B.S., magna cum laude, in 1981 from Indiana University and her J.D. in 1984 from Indiana University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Illinois, the Indiana courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
