An associate attorney with Barrett McNagny, Hillary Knipstein counsels corporate clients regarding transactions, securities issues and private placements. She also counsels human resources personnel regarding employment matters, including compliance with state and federal laws and regulations relating to hiring, disciplining and terminating employees, wage and hour issues, drafting employment agreements, covenants not to compete, and developing employment policies and handbooks.

Hillary is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne, and currently serves as the Council Director for Girls on the Run of Allen County, a 501(c)(3) organization she helped organize. Hillary was selected by Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly as a “Millennial Making a Difference” in 2014. She is an active member of Aboite Lutheran Church and the Allen County Bar Association.

She earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from Valparaiso University in 2005, and her J.D. MBA from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law and Kelley School of Business in 2009. Hillary is admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
