Admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Tax Court

Advised medical specialty groups and individual practitioners on a variety of business issues including the creation of large group practices, negotiations and contracting with managed care entities and insurers, joint ventures and hospital affiliations
