Charles Christopher Dubes represents clients in the area of health care, including professional corporations and physicians, physician networks, hospital medical staff, and nursing homes. Concentrating his practice in the area of litigation, Charles has extensive experience in defending medical malpractice claims, long-term care defense, premise liability, product liability, construction litigation, cyber law, insurance defense, and business litigation.

Charles is rated an AV® Preeminent™ attorney by Martindale-Hubbell through their peer rating reviews. He is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly selected him as a 2015 40 Under 40 Award recipient. A contributing author of Recent Developments in Indiana Tort Law, Charles was also a speaker at the “We the People” program, a graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne, and is the recipient of the Francis J. Feeny, Jr., Tax Award. He currently serves on the Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House board where he serves as vice president and is a former member of the board for the Fort Wayne Civic Theater.

He received his B.A., Political Science, from DePauw University in 2000, and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 2003. Charles is admitted to practice before the Indiana state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
