Susan Henschen has been in the legal industry for over 32 years, with the past 27 years at Barrett McNagny supporting attorneys who practice in the estate and trust administration area. She works with Thomas M. Fink, Trisha J. Paul, George Bewley, Jim Koday and Philip A. Wagler.

Susan works with clients on the investigation of assets, preparation of all paperwork to sell or transfer assets, management of debt, preparation of Estate, Inheritance, and Income tax returns, court pleadings and distribution of the estates and trusts.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Administration from the School of Business at the University of Evansville in 1983 where she served as president of the Little Sisters of Minerva (SAE) and is an alumnus of the Chi Omega Sorority. She is a former member of the Northeast Indiana Paralegal Association.

Susan has experience using software products such as the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. She regularly uses GEMS, Gillett Estate Management Suite, for Federal Estate Tax Returns; PPT+ for Indiana Inheritance Tax Returns; Lacerte & Turbo Tax by Intuit for Fiduciary and Individual Income Tax Returns, and Estate Valuation and Pricing Systems, Inc. for valuation of securities.
