Conder Joins Litigation Team
We are pleased to announce the addition of Nate D. Conder to the firm’s litigation team.
Mr. Conder represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, commercial litigation, premises liability, products liability, collections, and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Barrett McNagny, he served with the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where he gained courtroom and litigation experience. He also completed a legal internship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, further developing his skills in legal research, case preparation, and trial advocacy. During law school, he served as a law clerk for the Davidson County Mental Health Court and Veterans Court in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Conder earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Saint Francis, where he graduated as Salutatorian. He received his Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law, where he distinguished himself as a Mock Trial National Finalist, CALI Award Winner, member of the Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court, and Belmont Law Peer Mentor. He is licensed to practice before the Indiana state courts.
