The Appellate Practice Group consists of chair Cathleen M. Shrader , Michael H. Michmerhuizen , and Jeremy N. Gayed. Ms. Shrader is a past Chair of the Appellate Section of the Indiana State Bar Association, as well as a frequent speaker on appellate matters. All members of the appellate section are experienced in appellate oral argument before federal and state appellate courts, including the Indiana Supreme Court.
