Holly is a member of the transactions team which serves buyers and sellers on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, securing and executing complex transactions, and capital raises, including due diligence, letters of intent, deal structures, negotiations, documentation, and closings. Her clients include entrepreneurs, investors, and Fortune 500 companies. She also counsels new businesses on entity selection and drafting governing and operational documents such as operating agreements, partnership agreements, bylaws, and shareholder agreements.

Prior to joining the law firm, Holly practiced law in Delaware where she provided outside general counsel to billion-dollar entities, assisted on corporate restructuring deals, and advised on commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. 

Holly is only licensed to practice law in the State of Delaware and is admitted before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
