Bailey Appointed to the Indiana State Board of Law Examiners
The Indiana Supreme Court has appointed Benjamin N. Bailey to the Indiana State Board of Law Examiners. The ten-member Board is the body responsible for the admission of attorneys, the certification of legal interns, and the formation and annual renewal of the registration of professional corporations, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships for the legal profession. His term will run through November of 2028.
Mr. Bailey focuses his practice in the areas of economic development and real estate law. He currently serves on The Literacy Alliance Board of Directors and was selected for inclusion in the 2026 Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch publication. Prior to joining the firm, he completed a one-year clerkship with Justice Derek R. Molter of the Indiana Supreme Court.
Mr. Bailey graduated summa cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law where he was an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Journal and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council. He received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne where he was the News and Politics Editor for the independent campus newspaper, “The Communicator”.
