Witte Joins Barrett McNagny

Barrett McNagny LLP is pleased to announce that Zachary A. Witte has joined the firm. Mr. Witte will concentrate his practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning, and probate & trust administration.  He has experience working with individuals and families on asset protection, Medicaid eligibility, and long-term care planning. He also assists clients with wills and trusts, the appointment of health care representatives, powers of attorney, IRA and retirement planning, and general business matters.

Zach is a member of the Allen County, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations. For many years he has been a lawyer for the Modest Means program through the Allen County Bar Association. He has volunteered his time to provide legal assistance to veterans, volunteered for the Write-A-Will program, and has provided pro bono estate planning services to low income and mobility impaired individuals as a member of the Probate, Trust & Tax section of the Allen County Bar Association.

Zach received his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana and Michigan state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
