2023 Summer Law Clerks

Barrett McNagny LLP announces that David Bender and John Frandsen have joined the firm as law clerks for the summer of 2023.

Mr. Bender, a native of Ojai, California, has completed his second year of law studies at the University of Notre Dame Law School. He currently serves as Executive Editor of the Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy and was a research assistant to Professor Barry Cushman. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame in financial economics and econometrics and has served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Courts in East St. Louis, Illinois and Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Frandsen, a native of Fallon, Nevada, has completed his second year of law studies at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington. He currently serves as the Executive Managing Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from The University of Alabama and his Master of Arts in history from Arizona State University.
