Neal Presented on Real Estate Law

Joshua C. Neal was a presenter at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum’s 40^th Annual Indiana Law Update in September 2018 in Indianapolis. The two-day Forum was geared towards attorneys throughout the state of Indiana, both in-house counsel and those at private firms. The program provided legal updates, trends, and developments in Indiana law across different legal practice areas. Mr. Neal provided an update on legal changes in the area of real estate law.

Mr. Neal has extensive experience in the area of real estate law, land use planning, and real estate taxation. He has assisted clients with the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate. Some of his representative transactions include counseling the developers of a multi-family apartment complex on site acquisition, zoning, tax incentives, and financing matters. He has represented purchasers and sellers of industrial and commercial real estate with the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, and due diligence matters.
