Mr. Weaks will concentrate his practice in the area intellectual property, including patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress and trade secret matters. He is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Weaks, a native of Liberty Center, Ohio, graduated, cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington and received his undergraduate degree in accounting, summa cum laude, from Youngstown State University with minors in economics, math and physics.
Mr. Weaks has been admitted to practice before the Indiana State Courts, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
